About Our Company
Ken Altiero & Associates was formed in 2009 by Ken Altiero. Ken has been in the office furniture industry for over 38 years. In 1987, Ken founded KMA & Associates, a very successful manufacturer’s representative group based in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana & Kentucky.
After having previously been a sales representative for Ken Altiero & Associates, upon graduating from Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business, Adam Altiero rejoined the manufacturers rep group in 2018. Bringing to the table 10 years of specialized experience in the office furniture industry, Adam has built relationships through a regional territory including Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. An Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, also holding an Advanced Office Ergonomics Certification, Adam brings a value-add approach which transcends the scope of any project. By continuing to keep up with workplace trends and integrated technology, we are able to greatly enhance the experience of our clientele, providing yet another attribute which sets us apart from the typical manufacturers representative group.

Our Team
Ken Altiero
Ken Altiero has been in the Office Furniture industry for over 38 years. He founded KMA & Associates in 1987 and since that time has represented some of the finest manufacturer’s in the industry. Ken has also spent 10 years of his career as a manufacturer, developing and implementing the Veteran Employee Concept of Patriot Seating. Producing and selling over 25,000 quality office chairs assembled exclusively by Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
In 2009, Ken founded Ken Altiero & Associates and has once again carried on successfully representing quality office furniture manufacturers. Ken along with his son and new business partner, Adam Altiero has gathered a select group of skilled individuals becoming an extremely competitive representative group with a short list of factories.
The KA & A Team is a manufacturer’s contracted agency in place to offer ourselves to you as an educator, trainer or resource supplier of your office environment needs.

Adam Altiero
Adam Altiero joined KA&A in 2010, after graduating from Youngstown State University with a degree in Business Administration. Taking a value-add approach to furniture sales and consulting, Adam earned both CEAS & AOEAS certifications to perform ergonomic assessments, and spent 4 years as a direct representative for an ergonomics office furniture manufacturer. Returning to KA&A, in 2018, Adam now covers a territory encompassing Northern Ohio & Indiana.
Lisa Barton
Lisa Barton studied both Interior Design and Graphic Design at Cleveland State University and The University of Akron. After graduation, Lisa began working at Ken Altiero and Associates and has been trained and inspired in sales by the best in the industry. Passionate about design and interiors, the furniture industry was a natural fit. She can be counted on for great customer service, product knowledge, and a strong attention to detail ensuring a positive experience for all working with Ken Altiero and Associates.
